FLOOR REPAIR
For floor reparations there are several factors that must be taken into account, and besides, the ideal setting is that the floor has a great resistance and is not easily damaged by walking traffic, vehicular or heavy transit. The products we offer for this type of work cover from crack repair to the final finishing.
CRACKS
STEP 1
It easily integrates into mortars in which impermeability, hardness, flexibility, adherence and resistance to abrasion are important. It also works as an adherent that prevents cold joints between old and new pourings.
PRIMER
STEP 2
When mixed with water and properly applied, it fills micropores and creates a barrier that reduces to a minimum humidity absorption from the substrate.

The first step in floor repair is to fill in any existing cracks. For this step, we recommend our G01 Multiadditive.
2.
Once the surface is completely dry, we recommend using our General Use Primer to prepare the surface. Protect it from rain or contamination until it's completely dry to touch.
3.
Apply one of our Overlays, either Multipurpose, Polishing or Self-Leveling; they can all be colored using our Liquid-Gel Integral Pigments or decorated with our acrylic inks and stains.
4.
Use one of our decorative agents to achieve a unique result. You can use our acrylic inks or stains.
5.
Protect the surface using our Sealer and Curing Membrane S02.
OVERLAYS
STEP 3
It may be applied over concrete or mortar surfaces that are new or old, smooth, stamped, texturized or any other finishing can be achieved. It provides excellent adherence, hardness and long term durability.
It may be applied in exteriors as well as interiors in simple polished to mirror-like finishings. It provides excellent adherence, abrasion resistance and long term durability even in floors used for industrial traffic.
When mixed with grey or white cement it produces ready-to-pour mortars that have excellent fluidity and are of easy installation. The surfaces that may be achieved with this product are either smooth or non-skid, depending on what's desired.
* All of these products can be colores integrally by using out Liquid-Gel Integral Pigments B01, B02, B03 & B04. If you desire to add a special touch, you can use our acrylic inks and stains that are compatible with all of them.
DECORATION
STEP 4
Resin and pigment concentrate that when diluted using clean water and applied correctly over concrete or mortar surfaces, it colors them in translucent tones. It is comlatible with the Multipurpose and Polishing Overlay.
Prepared by adding Construcolor® pigments and clean water to the acrylic base. When applied over concrete or mortar surfaces, it colors them in translucent tones. It is compatible with the Multipurpose and Polishing Overlay.
When applied over stamped surfaces, it leaves a colored contrast in the deeper parts of the stamping. It is prepared by adding Construcolor® pigments and clean water to the acrylic base. It is compatible with the Multipurpose Overlay.
PROTECTING
STEP 5
The Sealer and Curing Membrane S02 is water based and 100% acrylic. It has an excellent resistance to abrasion and to chemical substances, it seals superficial pores and when dry it produces a high-durability transparent coat that doesn't turn yellow and dust doesn't stick to it.
